Ingredients
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp orange or apple juice
- 4 c broccoli chopped

Step 1
in small sauce pan on medium heat, stir together the peanut butter, soy sauce and juice. heat until warmed through. meanwhile, steam broccoli for 3 minutes until tender but not fragile. drain and toss with the sauce
