Ingredients
- # 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- # 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- # 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- # 1/2 teaspoon salt
- # 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- # 1 garlic clove, peeled
- # 1/2 ripe peeled avocado, seeded and coarsely mashed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth, scraping sides. Set aside.
Drizzle buttermilk mixture over salad; toss gently to coat.
