Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fine, dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tssp. vegetable oil
- 2 lb. perch or tilapia fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, parsley and paprika in bowl. Add oil and blend with fork until combined. Spread on wax paper. Press fillets into crumb mixture. Place on rack over cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes.
