Chili with Polenta Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • salt to taste
  • 4 1/2 cups boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine milk, cornmeal and salt in bowl. Whisk into boiling water. Put this into microwave for 12-15 minutes. Spread over chili and place under broiler for 3-5 minutes
