Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbs. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In small saucepan, melt butter & brown sugar. Wisk in mustard,olive oil,grated ginger & soy sauce. Pour over salmon cover and baake at 400 for 20 min.
