Ingredients
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Ripe Pitted Olives
- 1 cup Pimento stuffed Olives
- 1 cup Garlic Stuffed Olives
- 1 TBS Dried Rosemary & Thyme
- 8 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425º. In a bowl mix all ingredients well. Transfer to a 15X10 inch jelly-roll pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes till the tomatoes have shriveled and browned slightly. Cool on the pan.
Serve with toasted, thinly sliced baguette.
