Wedding Cookies/ Sandies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 cup Sifted Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter over medium for 30 seconds
Add half of flour, all sugar, vanilla, and 1 tablespoon of water
Beat until combined
Beat with rest of flour
Stir in pecans
Shape into 1 inch balls
Place on ungreased pan
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes
Cool and gently shake in bag of powdered sugar
