Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 can Pumpkin
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp Ginger
- Gingersnap cookies
Preparation
Step 1
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese & sugar until smooth. Gradually add the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice & ginger; beat until smooth. Serve with gingersnaps. Refrigerate leftovers.
