Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb dhicen breasts
- 2 tbsp taco seaoning mix
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 cups sliced or chopped green peppers
Preparation
Step 1
Put chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Pour 1 1/2 cups salsa over top. Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
Remove chicken and shred. return to cooker. Add peppers and remaining salsa. Cook on high for 30 minutes.
Serve in soft tortillas, or taco shells.
