1½ lb dhicen breasts
2 tbsp taco seaoning mix
2 cups salsa
2 cups sliced or chopped green peppers
Put chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Pour 1 1/2 cups salsa over top. Cook on low heat for 6 hours. Remove chicken and shred. return to cooker. Add peppers and remaining salsa. Cook on high for 30 minutes. Serve in soft tortillas, or taco shells.
