2-Step Skillet Chicken Broccoli Divan

Comforting, enjoyable and really tasty, tonight's supper is sure to please!

Ingredients

  • * 1 Tbs. butter or margarine
  • * 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut up
  • * 3 C. fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • * 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup (regular or 98% fat free)
  • * 1/2 C. milk
  • * 1/2 C. shredded dheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Add broccoli, soup and milk. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with cheese.

For another quick recipe, substitute cream of mushroom soup and top with shredded Swiss cheese.
