Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 chopped carrots
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chicken stock
  • 2 boxes pureed butternut squash
  • nutmeg
  • olive oil
  • pat of butter

Preparation

Step 1

melt olive oil and butter together in pan. cook carrots in oil with butter then add onion. add orange juice and salt and pepper. add butternut squash chicken stock nutmeg into food processor with the rest of the ingredients and puree that and serve.
