Ingredients

  • Graham Cracker Crust, or use vanilla wafer crust
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cran-raspberry juice
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced (for sauce)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 6 cups hulled, sliced strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

prepare crust is necessary
Make Filing: in medium saucepan, combine sugar, juice and 2 cups strawberries with cornstarch. Gently mash berries and bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Cook 2 minutes until liquid is clear and thickened. Stir in 6 cups strawberries and poor into crust.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours, and serve.
