Ingredients
- 2 c whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 2 c mashed bananas (about 4 bananas)
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 c pecans
Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg.
2) Add brown sugar. Add bananas and vanilla and stir till moist.
3) Fold in pecans.
4) Spread into greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 8 hours.
