Ingredients

  • 2 packages carroll shelbys chili mix
  • 4 lbs chop meat
  • 16 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 14oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 19 oz can Progresso red kidney beans
  • chedder cheese
  • 2 8oz packages jiffy corn muffins.

Preparation

Step 1

brown each 2 lb pack of chop meat and make chili in 2 parts on stove. follow directions on chili mix box,
(brown meat, add tomato sauce, and can of water and spice mix. careful with pepper spice pac.
after each chili mix is done transfer to crock pot. add red kidney beans, cook on high till bubbles and switch to low

serve with shredded chedder cheese on top.
