Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) fresh goat cheese
- 1 Tbs (15 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a ramekin. Serve immediately or refrigerate and allow to return to room temperature before serving. Serve with breadsticks, thinly sliced and toasted bread, or raw vegetables. Makes about 1 cup (250 ml).
