Mississippi Mud Pie

Ingredients

• Make a crust as follows:
• 1/2 Cup Butter
• 1 Cup Flour
• Bake 15 minutes at 35o degrees. Add 1/2 Cup Pecans and brown 1 minute. Cool
• First Layer:
• 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 Cup Cool Whip
• 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
• Mix until smooth. Put on cooled crust.
• Second Layer:
• 2 sm. pkgs. Instant Chocolate Pudding
• 3 Cup Milk
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• Let set until firm. Put on first layer.

Preparation

Step 1

Cover with Cool Whip and shred 1 Hershey's bar on the Cool Whip. Chill
