Ingredients
- 6 cups pineapple chunks
- 12 oz amber rum such as Bacardi
- 3 oz (6 tablespoons) Contreau
- 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup superfine granulated sugar
- 6 cups ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Puree 2 cups pineapple chunks, 1/4 cup rum, 2 tablespoons contreau, 1/2 tablespoon lime juic, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 cups of ice in a blender at high seed until very sppots about 1 minutes. Transfer to a large pitchen then make 2 more batches.
