Ingredients
- 1 Galon Veg. Broth
- 1 C Kosher Salt
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 1 TBSP Peppercorns
Preparation
Step 1
Boil all ingredients together. Cool
Add 1 Galon ice water, soak 4 hrs on either side (or over night).
Place rosemary, sage, and thyme inside cavity.
Smother in canola oil.
Cover with foil.
Cook 30 min. @ 500, then down to 350 for 2-3 hours.
