Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. apple cider (can use juice instead0
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 large (8 serving) orange jello
- 1 c. cold water
- ice cubes
- 1 large can mandarin oranges
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cider and cinnamon in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 10 min. Discard cinnamon. Completely dissolve gelatin stirring until slightly thickened. Remove un-melted ice. Fold in diced oranges and spoon into glasses. Chill until set at least 30 min. Makes 4 1/2 c. or servings.
