Coconut cake filling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup Angel Flake coconut or 1 small can
  • 2 tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sugar and milk to boil. add coconut and cook until thick or ver soft ball. Add vanilla, salt and butter. Enough for 2 layers.
