Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 cup mashed bnanans (2 or 3 ripe)
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans - chopped small or ground
Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Dessolve soda in sour cream. Add to mixture. Add bananas. Mix well. Add flour, salt, vanailla and pecans. Mix well. Pour into a loaf pan (spray pan with Pam). Bake 40-50 minutes (maybe longer). Test for doneness with a toothpick (make sure top is firm).
