Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 cups cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup waterchestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup almonds (or walnuts), chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 Tablespoons chutney
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, diced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix and refrigerate first 5 ingredients. Refrigerate

2. Dressings: Whip together and refrigerate starting with sour cream
