Ingredients
- nappa cabbage 1 head chopped
- green onions 8 chopped with tops
- red bell peppers 2 chopped
- almond slivers 2 packages toasted
- ramen noodle 1 package crushed
- sugar 4 tablespoons
- rice vinegar 6 tablespoons
- salt 1 teaspoon
- pepper to taste
- olive oil virgin 1/2 cup
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl mix cabbage, onions, and red bell peppers
Just before serving add noodles and almonds
Dressing:
Combine sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and oil
Pour over cabbage mixture
To toast almonds, pre heat oven to 450°. Place almonds on a cookie sheet and toast 3-5 minutes. Watch Carefully
