Audrey's Nappa Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • nappa cabbage 1 head chopped
  • green onions 8 chopped with tops
  • red bell peppers 2 chopped
  • almond slivers 2 packages toasted
  • ramen noodle 1 package crushed
  • sugar 4 tablespoons
  • rice vinegar 6 tablespoons
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • pepper to taste
  • olive oil virgin 1/2 cup

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl mix cabbage, onions, and red bell peppers
Just before serving add noodles and almonds

Dressing:
Combine sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and oil
Pour over cabbage mixture

To toast almonds, pre heat oven to 450°. Place almonds on a cookie sheet and toast 3-5 minutes. Watch Carefully
