Goulash

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 5 1/2 c. Elbow maccorni
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, diced
  • 6 oz. Tomatoe paste
  • 5 cans Water
  • 1/2 Green pepper, chopped
  • Salt, pepper worchetire sauce to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a dutch oven, brown beef, onion, and green pepper. Season to taste. Add macaroni, water, and tomato paste. Simmer until macaroni is tender.
