Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 7 potatoes (peel, slice and boil)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small carton of sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 12oz grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

After potatoes boil, drain water and mash potatoes with masher—do not use electric mixer. (While potatoes are boiling cook onion in 1 stick of butter in microwave) Then add cooked onion, melted butter, sour cream, grated cheese and soup to mashed potatoes. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
