Ingredients

  • 46 ounces of tomato juice
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 white/yellow onion
  • 2 small cans of brooks beans
  • 1 package of brooks chili seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

1. Start to heat up tomato juice on high heat.
2. Cook the ground beef and onion in a separate pan over medium heat until meat is cooked through.
3. Add the cooked ground beef, onion, beans and seasoning to the tomato juice mixture.
4. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat down to low.
5. Simmer for 45-60 minutes until the chili has thickened.
6. Take off of heat and chow down.
