Ingredients
- 5 c. herb (or any kind) croutons
- 1 1/2 lbs link sausage (browned)
- 2 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
Preparation
Step 1
Grease baking dish and put in croutons. Sprinkle cheese on croutons. Crumble browned sausage over cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and mustard. Pour over mixture, cover and refrigerate overnight. Dilute sup with milk. Bake 1 1/2 hours uncovered at 300 in 9X13 baking dish.
