Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/2 c milk
- 3 slices bacon,cooked,drained and crumbled
- 2 hard boiled eggs,peeled and chopped
- 16 oz can whole kernel corn,drained 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c crackers crumbs
- 1 Tbsp butter,melted
Preparation
Step 1
Over medium heat melt butter
Add flour,mustard,salt and pepper
Stir in milk,stirring until smooth and creamy
Remove from heat
In a baking dish, place bacon and hard boiled eggs
Mix corn with lemon juice
Add to bacon mixture
Pour cream sauce over all
In a separate bowl mix Parmesan cheese and 1 Tbsp melted butter Place on top of sauce
Bake at 300 F for 30-45 min
