Fruited Caramel Brie

Ingredients

  • 8 inch, 2 1/2 lb. brie
  • 1 (18 oz.) container
  • Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip
  • 1/2 cup dried apples
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Spread 1/2 of Marzetti Caramel Apple dip on top of brie.

2.) Arrange dried fruit over caramel. Drizzle remaining caramel warmed over fruit. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve with crackers or fruit slices.
