Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package frozen chopped spinach-thawed
  • 1 (13 3/4 oz) cans artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c parmesean cheese
  • 1/2 c grated pepper jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 F. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Squeeze liguid from spinach. Drain the artichok hearts and coarsely chop in food processor.

Combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese. Stir well. Scrape into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the jack cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Keep warm, serve with bagel chips.
