Ingredients
- 1 onion,chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms,washed and cut in half
- 10 oz tub of sour cream
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper,to taste
- 1 Tbsp flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cook onion in butter until transparent
Add mushrooms and cook until lightly browned
Add sour cream and seasonings
If too thin,add 1 Tbsp flour
Cover and cook over low heat until heated through
Serve with steak,potatoes,fish or fowl
