Mushrooms in Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 onion,chopped
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms,washed and cut in half
  • 10 oz tub of sour cream
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper,to taste
  • 1 Tbsp flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion in butter until transparent
Add mushrooms and cook until lightly browned
Add sour cream and seasonings
If too thin,add 1 Tbsp flour
Cover and cook over low heat until heated through
Serve with steak,potatoes,fish or fowl
