Rice Pilaf

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/4 c orzo
  • 1 c Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice
  • 2 1/2 c water
  • paprika
  • parsley
  • onion
  • sweet basil
  • 3 cubes chicken bouillon

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in pan.
Add orzo and brown.
Add rice and brown a little.
In a pot, boil water.
Sprinkle in paprika, parsley, onion, basil, and bouillon.
Pour over rice in pan.
Put heat on low; cover.
Cook 20 minutes without stirring.
Let stand 15-20 minutes.
