Marinated Carrot Sticks - Janet Hanson

Ingredients

  • 8 carrots, peeled and cut into 3" sticks
  • 3 T apple cider vinegar
  • 3 T oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except for parsley. Marinate overnight. Drain and garnish with chopped parsley.
