Ingredients
- 8 carrots, peeled and cut into 3" sticks
- 3 T apple cider vinegar
- 3 T oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except for parsley. Marinate overnight. Drain and garnish with chopped parsley.
