Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Place eggs in saucepan, add just enough water to cover by 1 inch. Bring to boil over med-high heat, just as it comes to a rolling boil, cover and remove from heat, let stand 15 min, drain and cover immed. with cold water.
Mix all the other ing, and fill halved eggs.
