Ginger Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger-chopped fine
  • 3 green onions-chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp basalmic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in skillet or wok, add ginger & green onions, cook 1 min, add broc, stir fry 2 min. Combine soy sauce, vinegar & honey, add to skillet, cook 1 minute.
