Tomato and Green Chile Tostadas

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 medium-size tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 4 oz. can mild green chiles, drained
  • 10 black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 of 12 oz. bag of shredded 3 cheese mix
  • few dashes of black pepper & cilantro
  • some olive oil from spray for baking sheets

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Spritz a little olive oil on 2 baking sheets.
3. Place two tortillas on each sheet.
4. Layer tomatoes, olives, and green chiles on each tortilla.
5. Next sprinkle each tortilla with the cheeses and then add a sprinkle of cilantro and pepper on top.
6. Bake for about 10 minutes and then let them cool a little before serving.
