Ingredients
- 4 large spanish onions
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken stock (or 2 cups of beef & 2 cups of chicken)
- 2 tbsp tumerick
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cut onions, heat oil in a large skillet. Add onions, cook till tender or golden brown.
Sprinkle on the flour and add the garlic.
Stir, cook. Add the stock, tumerick and molasses.
Cover & cook 15 minutes over low heat.
