Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

These are perfect hard-boiled eggs (without that ugly green rim around the outside of the yolk).

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • Water
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Place eggs in pan with water and vinegar to cover at least one inch over top.

Bring water to a boil.

When water begins to boil, cover pan and remove from heat. Let rest for 10-15 minutes.

Put eggs into ice water to cool.
