Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 C Balsamic Vinargrett dressing
  • 1 Can diced tomatoes w/basil & garlic, drained
  • 1 C Pizza Sauce
  • 1 C Sliced mushrooms
  • 4oz Shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 8 Slices french bread

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place chicken in large resealable bag & pour vinaigrette dressing over chicken. Seal bag & refrigerate for 2-24hrs. Prepare med hot grill. Remove chicken from bag & pat dry. Grill chicken direclty over heat for 8-10min, turning once; no pink inside.
2. In 10inch skillet, combine thinly sliced chicken/tomatoes/pizza sauce/mushrooms. Cook over med heat stirring until heated thourghly about 5min. Meanwhile; toast bread in oven; & place bread on serving plates when cooked. Reduce heat to low. Top mixture w/cheese & cover & let melt, about 1-2min. Sppon a portion of the chicken mixture onto each slice of toast.
