Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs. raw lean ground turkey
- 3/4 cup canned crushed tomatoes
- One 8-oz. can pineapple tidbits packed in juice, drained
- Spices: salt, black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, tomatoes, and pineapple tidbits. Add 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands. Firmly form mixture into 20 evenly sized balls and place them, evenly spaced, on the baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Gently flip meatballs. Bake until cooked through, about 5 more minutes. Enjoy!
