Horseradish Cream sauce for Beef

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Horseradish Drained
  • 1 Tbs. White vinegar (not a white wine vinegar)
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Good mustard (grey Poupon)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (whipped)

Preparation

Step 1

Whip cream until it holds in stiff peaks. Add remainding ingredients. refigerate until ready to use. Great on Prime Rib
