Golden Cream Potato Soup

A creamy potato soup with cheese to top it all off.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tlbs flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 lb chopped velveeta cheese (or couple spoonfulls of cheese wiz
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 ea cube chicken bouillon
  • dash pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add water to potatoes, celery, onions, parsley, seasonings, and bouillon cube.

cover and cook until tender

blend flour and a small amount of milk and then stir into the vegetable mixture

Add remaining milk and cook until thickened

Add velveeta cheese (or cheese wiz) and stir until melted.
