Cornbread

Great to serve with so many meals. My grandsons like to eat it as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 8 oz. can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425

In mixing bowl:

Beat eggs
Blend in milk
Add cornbread mix
Add sugar
Add creamed corn

Treat a 9 x 9 x 2 pan with no stick cooking spray

Transfer cornbread ingredients into pan and bake for 25 minutes
