Ingredients
- chicken breasts 4 boneless, skinless
- balsamic vinegar 1-2 tablespoon
- thyme 1 teaspoon dried
- oregano 1 teaspoon dried
- rosemary 1 teaspoon dried
- Dijon style mustard 1-2 tablespoon
- garlic powder 1 teaspoon
- onion powder 1 teaspoon
- olive oil, extra virgin 1/4 cup
- kosher salt
- ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put vinegar, herbs, mustard, garlic, onion powder, and oil in a large re-sealable bag
Close the bag and shake to combine all the ingredients
Place the chicken breast in the bag
Close and shake the bag to coat the chicken breast
NOTE:(You can freeze for up to 2 weeks, then thaw in the refrigerator overnight)
If not freezing keep in the refrigerator at least 24 hours
Heat the grill or grill pan to medium high heat
When hot, place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through
Chicken can also be cooked in a 375° oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked through
