Ingredients
- 2 tab vegetable oil
- 2 pounds boneless top serloin steak, cubed
- 3 15oz cans black beans
- 2 10 oz cans chili style diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 10 oz package frozen chopped onion, thawed
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 12 oz bottle dark beer
- 1 cup water
- 2 tab chili powder
- 1 teasp ground cumin
- 1 teasp salt
- 1 teasp sugar
- Toppings,,, cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, jalapeno peppers, diced tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat add steak, cook 3 to 4 minutes until browned
Place steak in a slow cooker stir in black beans and next 10 ingredients.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours
