Ingredients

  • 2 tab vegetable oil
  • 2 pounds boneless top serloin steak, cubed
  • 3 15oz cans black beans
  • 2 10 oz cans chili style diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1 10 oz package frozen chopped onion, thawed
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 12 oz bottle dark beer
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tab chili powder
  • 1 teasp ground cumin
  • 1 teasp salt
  • 1 teasp sugar
  • Toppings,,, cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, jalapeno peppers, diced tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat add steak, cook 3 to 4 minutes until browned
Place steak in a slow cooker stir in black beans and next 10 ingredients.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours
