Bacon Cheddar Waffles

Yummy cripsy zasty waffles with Bacon and Cheese. Great to freeze and then bake them in the toaster oven.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into pieces
- 2 cups flower
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 large egss
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ,5 cups cheddar cheese
- 5 slices of bacon (crumbled)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat milk and butter until melted then let cool down
Whisk flour, sugar, salt and yest in large bowl. Whisk in butter/milk mixure, whisk in eggs and vanilla. Cover bowl and refrigirate overnight. Next morning mix in cheese and bacon pieces.
