Cocktail Franks

Ingredients

  • 1 can (6-ounce size) tomato paste
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons each: minced onion, Worcestershire sauce and light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tablespoon each: white vinegar and molasses
  • 1 teaspoon each: lemon juice and dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound cocktail frankfurters

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except frankfurters. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; reduce heat.

Add franks; simmer 10 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.
