Ingredients
- 1st 6 ingredients...
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tspn baking powder
- 1/2 tspn soda
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmet
- 1 can pumpkin (16 oz)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup softened margarine
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together 1st 6 ingredients. Combine Pumpkin, sugar,
milk, egss in mixing bowl. Then add dry ingredients and
butter.
Mix until well blended, then stir in nuts.
Spread in well greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted
in center comes out clean.
Cool thoroughly before freezing.
